Study Basics

Study Purpose: The study tries to find the most effective training program to reduce body fat, improve muscle mass, function, and metabolic profile.

Who can participate: 
  • Must be 60 years or older ( less than 90)
  • Overweight
  • Haven't weight trained for the past 1 year
  • should be in town for 12-15 weeks
Testing Dates July 22nd, 2013 - August 7th, 2013


Training Duration: 12-15 weeks
